3 weeks at home to relax and reset after what has been the toughest couple of months of my life, without sounding too dramatic 😅😭

I didn’t realise how tense, anxious and on edge I actually was until I got home and had 3 weeks of calm with my parents, family and friends. With everything that had been happening in the UAE, losing my doggy Yoda, crazy thunderstorms, stress, uncertainty and just constantly feeling “on edge” all the time… I think my nervous system really needed this break even more than I realised.

No big plans, no rushing around, no pressure. Just slow mornings, a couple of clients on zoom, home comforts, celebrating my 37th birthday, proper laughs with family, catching up with friends and giving myself space to breathe and be me again 🤍

Sometimes you don’t realise how much you needed to pause until you finally do. Feeling very grateful for those few weeks at home before heading back to Dubai.

Thankfully it's been quiet here since I've been back but we all know how quickly that can change 😫 so hoping for continued peace🙏🏼✨
