The prep of @tonileefit for the late 2023 season. Toni’s body is pretty crazy responsive. I had to do something I wouldn’t normally do. I had to de-peak her. She wasn’t on much cardio to begin with because we have been taking care of her metabolism for so long. As you can see she grew INTO the show. I pulled all her cardio. I didn’t let her pump up at all. She didn’t get usual protocols because it was an unusual situation. Her carbs were at 300 and she never went below 2000 calories. Does this mean she didn’t work hard? She worked her ass off. Every gram. Every workout. Every rep. That’s what it takes to win.
