Hey Faith Fitness fam!! Meet Toni Roberts. Catch her at our front desk greeting everyone with a smile, programming workouts, and answering all your fitness questions! Here’s her message:
Hey everyone, my name is Toni!

Fueling my passion for fitness started over 10 years ago, driven by my goal of playing basketball at the collegiate level which led me to Catawba College. I quickly discovered that fitness was more than just physical- it transformed my mental health, boosting every aspect of my life. I fell in love with strength training and more importantly, SEEING the results. I’ve taught a few group fitness classes, boot camps, and one-on-one training. My greatest passion in life is my love for helping people!

I lived in North Carolina all of my life until over a year ago, when I met my husband and that led me to Rutledge, TN. I love watching movies, looking at the sky, and spending time with family. I’m also a farmer, (basically) because I’m raising 12 chickens :) And most importantly, I value giving all the glory to Jesus because I never won any battles without Him!

I’m so excited to help you achieve your own greatness at Faith Fitness!

“Nobody said it would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.”

As I reflect back on my life, past relationships, good or bad decisions, all the past trials in my life, all the heartbreaks, highs and lows, I wouldn’t change any of it because they all lead me to you. You’re more of a blessing than I could ever express in words, I Love You T ❤️
