✨ TONI’S 8-WEEK TRANSFORMATION ✨

@tonispeedie

5.9kg DOWN
13.8cm LOST
But the biggest transformation? Her mindset. ❤️

Toni faced some incredibly rough and mentally challenging times throughout these 8 weeks. There were moments when it would have been easy to give up, but she kept showing up and kept going.

And that’s where the real growth happened.

She built a level of mental strength and resilience that she may not have even realised she was capable of.

Toni is now not only physically stronger but mentally stronger, too. 💪🏼

Her mindset around progress and results has completely shifted. She understands that progress isn’t always linear, that results take time, and that success is about so much more than what the scales say.

She has learned to trust the process, celebrate the small wins, and, most importantly, keep going even when things get hard.

Toni, I am SO incredibly proud of you. 🥹❤️

Your transformation is proof that sometimes the biggest changes happen on the inside first.

You didn’t just change your body — you changed the way you see yourself and what you believe you are capable of.

That is something nobody can take away from you. 🔥

✨ SUMMER BODY STARTS IN WINTER — AWARDS DINNER ✨

What a way to celebrate an incredible 8 weeks! 🥂💪🏼

This challenge was never just about changing how our bodies look. It was about building discipline, shifting our mindset, becoming mentally and physically stronger, and experiencing real growth from the inside out.

It was about showing up on the days you didn’t feel like it.

Pushing through the excuses.

Building habits.

Stepping outside your comfort zone.

And proving to yourself that you are capable of more than you thought. ❤️

And tonight, we celebrated some incredible achievements…

🏆 OVERALL WINNER — HALEY WILSON

🥈 RUNNER UP — CHARLOTTE BENN

Before and afters to come... watch this space 👀

Congratulations to you both! You should be incredibly proud of what you have achieved. 👏🏼

But I also want to say how incredibly proud I am of every single person who took part in this challenge. ❤️

Every one of you had your own journey, your own challenges, and your own reasons for starting — and every step forward matters.

The physical changes are amazing, but the discipline, confidence, strength, and mindset shifts you have built over these 8 weeks are what will stay with you long after this challenge is finished.

You showed up.

You committed.

You grew.

You got stronger — physically AND mentally.

And that is what "Summer Body Starts in Winter" was really all about. 🔥

A huge congratulations to every single one of you. I am SO proud of you! ❤️

Now… let’s keep that momentum going! 💪🏼🔥

Todays mission ➡️ conquer the dreaded Mount Williams 👊

It was a toughie, and I think I may have been the most puffed out one there 😅🤭 but the challengers kept me going 🙃

So proud of each and everyone who showed up and tackled the mountain like a boss 💪🙌

Next one in 2 weeks' time 😁

What will be next...👀

Last night’s workout came with a little extra glow ✨

Some of our lucky members walked away with more than just sore legs — after smashing out 10–20 air squats, they scored themselves a Dove Body Wash 🙌💦

A little sweat, a little self-care, and a whole lot of fun, just how we like it at Snap Fitness Manukau 💪

Thanks @cartelmedianz and @dove 🥳
