A well-styled coffee table is all about balance. Books, objects, greenery, and a few unexpected details come together to create a composition that feels relaxed, layered, and reflective of the home as a whole. At #KKDBeverly, that includes a bowl of candy! A simple touch that makes the room feel welcoming from the moment guests walk in. Kitchens are always one of the most important spaces to get right, they need to function beautifully for everyday life while still feeling connected to the overall character of the home. At #KKDBeverly, we focused on thoughtful materials, tailored details, and a layout designed for both gathering and day-to-day living. At Kyle Knight Design, we believe a home should feel intentional from the moment you arrive. We look beyond the interiors alone, considering how the architecture and surrounding landscape work together to shape a home’s overall experience and sense of place. At #KKDBeverly, we freshened the front facade by removing old plantings that had grown leggy and tired. The beautiful, mature Japanese maple trees that perfectly frame the home were preserved, and then we used a combination of globe boxwoods and a low, squared boxwood border to create a nice evergreen architectural base. White annuals were peppered in between the green structure, and then a lovely gaggle of planters was used to flank the door and welcome everyone in. We kept it simple but made sure that the landscaping complemented and revived the charming, historic home. A moment for hosting in #KKDBeverly... When designing this space, we made sure to keep our lovely client’s collection of beautiful china in mind. I love mixing timeless patterns like the @HerendUSA Bird here with a more playful placemat and printed napkin to keep the table from feeling overly formal. It makes for a welcoming, easy-breezy tablescape, perfect for summer hosting. Videographer: @ChristieTonnessen for @TonnessenStudio #KyleKnightDesign #KKDBeverly

On the Hunt in Kennebunk, Maine. Drawn to salt air, weathered shingles, and the quiet rhythm of days spent by the water, these journeys remind us that inspiration is often found in the places that ask us to slow down and look a little closer. Between antique shops, coastal walks, and gathered moments along the way, we’re returning home with fresh ideas and stories to share. Stop by The Huntress in Pound Ridge to see what we’ve recently gathered. ✨🏹 Videographer: @ChristieTonnessen for @TonnessenStudio #TheHuntressNY

A closer look at the entry landscape design we created at #KKDBeverly. The boxwoods play an important role in shaping the front porch, bringing a sense of structure and rhythm to the entry while softening the architecture and keeping everything feeling grounded and intentional. A lovely afternoon at LoveShackFancy! So nice to see everyone who stopped by to shop, featuring a beautiful trunk show by @LaHomage.Shop, with a portion of proceeds supporting The Tiny Miracles Foundation — a nonprofit dedicated to caring for families with premature babies through thoughtful support and community. Such a sweet evening for mommy and me shopping ahead of Mother’s Day!
