The magic of our South of France Pilates & Yoga retreat with these gorgeous ladies 🫶🏼💫

We moved, we nourished, we rested and we laughed! This retreat is SO special, it’s a place to reset, re-centre and be present.

Capturing this retreat in just 20 photos isn’t enough, I can’t express the beauty that is behind our team, the house and what everyone takes away from being here. You can’t beat it!

We can’t wait to be back next year, just 3 rooms left for May 2026 (7th - 10th) and September 2026 is Launching to our waitlist this week! Make sure you’re signed up to the email waitlist - link in bio (and check junk!)

Thank you to every single one of you who has joined, followed and connected with me. I can’t wait to host out next retreat in the Cotswolds this January ❄️
