I absolutely LOVED this pose from Tony @tonybordonaro3 . It was simple but engaged with the space. I definitely want to do more portraits of the sitter in an environment. And what a great space @smarkbeard has!

Louis lived in isolation for years. His only companions were his books: Darwin, Buddha, Hinduism, history… in his readings he found the strength, and courage to be free.

Louis is about to take flight.

What a gift it was to spend three weeks as Resident Choreographers, surrounded by artists who are showing up, taking risks, and doing the thing.

The artists we got to work with in the studio showed up with a generosity and curiosity that reinvigorated my desire to investigate process - to dive into the ways story itself gets created and how we bring our own stories to our work.

And here are some beautiful photos by the uber-talented @dizzyshotit 📸
