Meet the team! We thought you guys would like to see where the magic happens and who's responsible!! Here's a team photo from Payst HQ - or more commonly known as @farangldn Kitchen! On the left we have @dan_farang Chef Dan Turner - Thai food expert and Chef extraordinaire! Second in is our master and chief, Head Chef @sebbyholmes. Third from left is mum, AKA Vick (the real boss!) Mum is head of good vibes and an actual angel sent from heaven!! Last, but by no means least, on the right we have @charlie_whatley. Chaz is another accomplished and exceptional Chef. Finally behind the scenes is myself @tonyjholmes Tony, Seb's brother, I do all the boring stuff! [Picture pending🤣] And our incredibly talented and visionary product designer @sutcliffe.tom. Tom will make your products look irresistible, end of!
Thank you for all your support over the last year, you guys are amazing. We've got some pretty exciting new Payst products In the pipeline so watch this space! 🙏🌶❤

We are looking for a kitchen Hand / kitchen Porter to join our team in Highbury.

Working alongside our kitchen team the candidate will aid in the production of food and maintaining a clean working environment. This is a great opportunity for any kitchen porters looking to learn more about Thai food and cooking in general.

We are a small and friendly team with @faleones @mommyno on the FOH and @dan_farang @charlie_whatley @sebbyholmes in the kitchen.

We are very happy to announce that we have been busy cooking away in the @paystltd development kitchen and have two new cook at home curry pastes ready to go.

Ordering now available for next day delivery via the @paystltd web shop (link in bio)

1. Gaeng Gari, a very heavily aromatic and rich curry, particularly delicious with braised beef, chicken or duck, pickled ginger & a load of Thai basil- salty, sweet, aromatic & rich.

2. Gaeng gatti, a coconut and turmeric based curry with helpings of fresh and dried red birds eye chillies. Amazing with prawns, seafood, crispy pork, fresh herbs and fresh citrus- very spicy, salty and sour.

All of our fresh curry pastes come pre-seasoned with @megachefsauce fish sauce and delicious soft palm sugar from @thaitana_uk so you can whip up a serious curry in no time.

We are slowly waking from our winter hibernation and will be back open this coming Wednesday 13th from midday. The larder will be in full swing for all your Thai food needs.
