Happy Wednesday, everyone! Hope you’re all enjoying Fall 🍂 🍁 where ever you may be! For today’s member feature, boater @tonyriosdc shares his plans for the future with us. Enjoy! ⛵️

“After working 34 years in public service, I was offered early retirement, took it, and am going sailing for 2 years with my husband, Joe. Our plan is to head south in a few weeks on our sailboat, Invictus, from our DC home base (boat is on the Chesapeake), head to Florida, visit friends, celebrate the New Year in Key West, and head to the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, Virgin Islands, Martinique, and all the way down to St. Vincent and the Grenadines. We’ll spend hurricane season there and see where the wind takes us after that.

Please follow and DM me to connect! ⚓️⛵️🏝️”

Have a great week, everyone! DM if you’re interested in being featured.

Tony was already working out when we started — but his body wasn’t changing.

At 172 lbs and 21.5% body fat, the problem wasn’t effort. He needed the right structure, nutrition, training, and consistency working together.

4 months later: 165 lbs and 9% body fat.

But the number I’m most proud of isn’t on the scale.

Tony told me: “I’m in the best shape of my life.”

At 54, he didn’t just change his body. He proved to himself what’s still possible when you stop relying on effort alone and start operating with a system.

This is what happens when the goal becomes more than losing weight.

You change the way you operate.

The best part of my job isn’t watching people lose weight.

It’s watching them gain confidence.

Watching them have more energy to play with their kids.

Watching them stop hiding from pictures.

Watching them realize they’re capable of more than they believed.

Every photo here tells a different story, but they all started the same way:

One decision to begin.
