Career readiness meets Ragin’ Cajun culture! 👔🔥🤟🏽

Recently had the opportunity to support a career fair and professional development experience for our Louisiana Ragin’ Cajun student-athletes as they prepare for life beyond competition with the Office of Career Services and Louisiana Ragin’ Cajun Athletics. From connecting with employers and perfecting elevator pitches to learning how to tie neckties and bow ties, this experience was all about equipping our student-athletes with the tools, confidence, and skills to succeed in their future careers.

In the spirit of Necktie Tuesday, I was happy to gift a few free neckties to some of our student-athletes who participated! I’m always grateful for opportunities to pour into our student-athletes and share knowledge that will serve them well beyond their time on the field, court, or track. There’s something special about being part of an institution that intentionally invests in the holistic development of its student-athletes.

We don’t just develop champions in competition; we empower and educate champions for life!
