There is alot of unseen peace and love in the midst of chaos and violence. You literally cannot have one without the other.

This gets hard sometimes. Long days between working and the gym, doing your best to stay healthy along with battling your own mental demons on TOP of dealing with life on life's terms. I can speak for myself the support that I receive from my loved ones, coaches, gyms, sponsors, training partners and the "fans" keeps me going some days.

This is a thank you to everyone who has shared the journey. All of this is bigger than me. I'm extremely grateful I get to do this shit.

My family taught me if you start something, you don't just quit, you finish it
