If you're not already acquainted with him, Ron Holgado is someone that you should know. While his day job is at the James Cancer Hospital, his legacy with @roochute is unparalleled. @roochute (for those of you that are unfamiliar) is a large scale, bright colored, parachute that is brought to festivals and events throughout the country. It's purpose, first and foremost, is to bring a positive energy and good vibes to everyone who participates, but also to facilitate real conversations about self-care and mental health. Ron is one of the founders of Roochute and has had a hand in it's growth since its beginnings. His work is helping to open doors for all of us to have better conversations about mental health which is an essential element in the positive growth of our city. We've got mad respect for you Ron; because while our world is in a free-fall, it may just be a parachute that saves us.
