One month.

Thirty-ish days ago my life hit reset.

The relationship ended. My finances took a beating. My routines disappeared overnight.

For a while, it felt like everything I'd spent years building had vanished overnight...

So I started rebuilding.

Friends checked in. Therapy became a priority. ChiChi made sure I was never really alone. I started saying yes to things that would've terrified me a month ago. I walked more. Laughed more. Built terrariums instead of walls. Read more books. Took more photos.

Most importantly, I started making genuine connections with people. The kind where conversations have substance. The kind where you're not just filling silence, but leaving knowing a little more about someone—and maybe yourself too.

Honestly it was kak and I'm still figuring it out.

Some days are heavy. Some days I'm excited about what's next. Most days are somewhere in between.

Healing isn't dramatic. It's the quiet decision to keep going, even when everything in you says otherwise, even when your future feels blurry.

Life stripped away everything that felt familiar, but in doing so it made room for things I didn't know I needed.

Here's to uncomfortable growth, meaningful conversations, new routines, and finding peace in the middle of the mess.

Month one. 🌿
