Thank you @billiemcqueen for curating such a beautiful dining experience for our very first @breadandbuttersupperclub meeting, where we gathered to discuss the contemporary novel Before I Let Go by Kennedy Ryan. It was everything I needed.

The room felt alive, filled with laughter, meaningful conversations, and supportive nods. I was especially grateful to be surrounded by so many genuine, intelligent women who also created space for vulnerability, making the evening feel safe and truly special. 🤍

One thing I’m going to do when I have a great time is LAUGH… This is something you absolutely HAVE TO KNOW!

A few other things I’m known to do is surround myself with amazing women that allow me to be myself, be unapologetic about my vulnerabilities, eat good, have meaningful conversations, pour into those around me, and enjoy a fabulous cocktail in the process!

And Sunday evening with the @breadandbuttersupperclub was no different! Enjoying meaningful dialogue about an incredible book #BeforeILetGo by @kennedyryan1 was a beautiful way to pour into myself and my good girlfriends going into a new week!

A book club that is as fabulous as the beautiful women apart of it! And I was so happy I got to bring my bestie @deborahjoywinans along while she was in town! The perfect way to spend time with some of my favorite women! We had such a wonderful time, we even had a couple party crashers ready to join the fun!! lol

@billiemcqueen my fabulous little sister, Im so proud of you for creating a space for us to come together in a meaningful way! You know I love you and I will always support you! I am excited about what our book club will do together in the year ahead!

Meaningful connection, unwavering sisterhood, incredible ambiance, and a love for reading is my kind of carrying on!

A night full of laughter from the first conversation to the last toast🤍✨

There’s something so beautiful about women showing up fully, glamorous, open, honest, and ready to pour into each other. We ate, we talked, we turned pages, and we made memories we’ll carry into the next chapter.

Loving the crew is an understatement! 🤍

A night I’ll never forget. 🤍✨

Thank you to the incredible women who gathered at our first Bread & Butter Supper Club dinner. You filled the room with softness, honesty, and so much beauty.

This idea was born on a cobblestone street in Rome, after a dinner with strangers who felt like family by the end of the night. I wanted to bring that feeling home to Detroit and last night, we did.

A special thank you to @kennedyryan1 , whose book Before I Let Go held us so beautifully.

Your writing reminded me that love can weather any storm when we’re vulnerable with ourselves first and then with each other. It also reminded me that love shouldn’t be whispered, it deserves to be spoken boldly, even when the other person isn’t ready to meet your courage.

So much more to share and say about this night but right now I want to savor in this new beginning.

This weekend we celebrated the sweetest girl in the world @chelsbrielle becoming Mrs. Gentry, and what a beautiful celebration it was! I love to see people I love, find love, it’s truly one of God’s greatest blessings! Not to mention having a ball with my favorite girl! Tiff and I are always gonna find a way to cut up!! lol we love you Chelsea!! Congratulations to our babydoll!!
