Such a fun day on and off the bike. Climbed the North Ogden Divide with @top100climbs, got to chat about his climbs past and his upcoming Mauna Kea. Then descended into the valley through the awesome fall leaves to come back up the other side. Then got unlost on a gravel climb. And then came back to find the brother and nephew waiting to race me on some Ebikes.

And wrapped the day up celebrating @randihosley ‘s 90th birthday! #itsoctober3rd

A lovely day in Utah 😁 #ridebikeseveryday

Start of the climb - already breathing hard 😂 probably partially due to nerves

Utah pic/vid dump! This was insanely fun - highly recommend

About 1 or 2 miles in

Bennett lent me an extra kit he had so we’d match 😂

Again, soooo fun. Highly recommend doing this if you get the chance

Bennett asked me to put him through a quick workout. Also peep the shirt 👀 he has been traveling across the US so he brought that with him! True friend

You might notice Bennett has bottles on his bike and his back - he carried mine to reduce my weight 😂💀

VERY high up - SKETCHY. Not a fan of heights so I stood back a bit and reached my phone over

The most scenic Chipotle I’ve ever seen. We ate here every day

Sign on top of a hill

Recreating an old photo of us from 2015

The photo from 2015

Bennett encouraged me to pick up chess two years ago. I beat him 3 games in a ROW. He came back and our record by the end of the trip was 4-4-1 (wins - losses - draw)

The RV Bennett is traveling the US in

Flew into Vegas to save money - then drove to Utah

Dr. Wesslen has enjoyed the opportunity to do some bike rides with Bennett Lewis who is chipping away at his goal of riding the top 100 hardest paved bike climbs in the USA this year! Bennett is rocking it! Give him a follow @top100climbs
