Bet on people.

People often ask me why Sandlot invested in EverLife. The honest answer is Jordan and J.R.

I’ve spent a lot of time with both of them, at the office and away from it. They’re the same guys in both places. They care about their families, they care about the people they work with, and they hold themselves to a standard you don’t see often.

That matters more to me than any business plan.

When they walked us through what they were building, what stood out was how well they know their people. Their agents, their customers, their partners. Every decision they make comes back to creating real value for the people who have a stake in this.

They’re not thinking about this in quarters. They’re thinking in decades. The values they’re building on today are what will carry this company for the long run.

Grateful to be part of the journey with them.

Casey
