This isn’t just a full seats request- although YES - fill seats! This is a means to get tickets to industry people who otherwise would not be able to see the show. Performers- Students of the Arts- and of course S3X Workers in NYC. If you want to support the arts- here is a means to make that happen!! If I have made you laugh- brought you joy at a local production help me share this with a new community!

Share the post if you can’t give!
This show is about kicking Shame squarely in the balls sooo believe when I say we are jingling our cup with zero shame or reservations!!
Thank you to everyone who is helping on the journey. I cannot do it all alone and your help and support means THE WORLD!!

This story dispels shame we carry- makes us laugh- and think. Directed by @shannancalcuttofficial Associate Director @cfudge Creative Team @hilarychaplain @10wigs @top_redevelopment

It’s been a crazy couple of weeks to get this in front of a private audience so we can cross over the finish line to NYC ready version of @10wigs !! @shannancalcuttofficial and @cfudge have been in the rehearsal room with me dialing in a finished product for audiences @unitedsolo
Super huge shout outs to the friends who came out for this. @rubenpermel_artist @kristincooper6593 @dorotheadeley @stefanie_frank @rmart8343 @maxmikewell @top_redevelopment @regardingriley It was so much fun to get this up on its feet for an audience!
❤️❤️❤️
Please take a minute to check out the show details. We are doing a big push to ticket sales all week! I am the marketing arm of this operation guys so help a chick out!!! #sexworkiswork #bankwhore #thankyouuniverse✨🙏
PS
A Solo Show is big ass undertaking to say the least. If I hadn’t seen so many people pull it off I would question the possibility! The dressing room is quiet and the thoughts are loud. It is better to have the place filled with laughs!! So come out and laugh with me!

@a_veryimportantperson Before Sunny Yard Dustin and I only performed improv together. Typically this is a medium of comedy! And of course he is a comedic genius… I saw something more than laughs which was confirmed witnessing him “become” Vernon during filming. In life he is a sweet and empathetic human… in the movie well you just have to see. An ex- wrestler his physicality in the role was a gift. (For everyone not battling his character ) 🎁 An actor to watch out for in the future.
Catch Dustin when he graces improv stages with his presence around Vegas.
Already have been thinking of a part for him in the next one!!

Why is horror secretly good for your nervous system?
1) controlled stress= a safe rehearsal. You get to practice fight or flight response in a context you know you are safe!
2) Post scare - feels amazing! After a jump scare your body floods with dopamine and endorphins!
3) It builds tolerance! Sitting in tension and not bailing teaches your brain it can handle discomfort!
4) You get to practice regulation! Slowing your breath during a scary scene is a mini nervous system exercise.
5) shared fear= bonding! Watching horror with others releases oxytocin and strengthens social connections!

I got to see a sneak preview showing… opens this Friday!! Have fun guys… maybe don’t have a red drink though…

I used to think I had to win over the gatekeepers.
But I found a better way.
I thought I would ‘win’ if I out performed the next guy- but the result was burnout.
Once I took control of my own destiny things fell into place!
Now I approach writing, performing, and filmmaking completely different! Let’s goooooooo!
When a door closes break a f@cking window! @10wigs

When you have to get on set at 4am for make-up so you can wrap before it is too hot.. (on that day 9am) star of Sunny Yard @derekeshipman continued to film for his “life after death” scenes in the shade!
I wouldn’t want to drag anyone else through the junkyard… JK -

Truly working with him was a dream- if you haven’t seen his amazing sense of humor check him out when he plays with @bleachimprov in Las Vegas!! -

I’ll have to post some bloopers as too much fun was had.
Part of what is so great about getting to see this film a million times is knowing how special it is to have captured talent that we normally only get to see on stage in Vegas.
Our community is truly blessed and … now so is anyone who watches Sunny Yard.

Thank you NYC! What didn’t we do here? @thenorthfilmfest is a group of humans dedicated to independent cinema with huge hearts and a fantastic festival!! @sunnyyardmovie was repped by me @top_redevelopment and @hairbyjnicole! We were honored with an award which capped off the evening just in time to see the @nyknicks take it all!! Our last day was spent loving on my family- good food and the @prparade - so many new friends were made! I got to connect with a ton of women in film with so many taking home awards. I was blessed to see my fellow @onegrandfilm partner @emily_s_carver win Best Director for her film @heyjuniperfilm!! I can’t even remember now all the things but believe me when I say.. All Good!

How does the universe do that? So many lovely connections! Emily and I have worked together for three years!! AND just got to meet in person for the first time where? @thenorthfilmfest @emily_s_carver was making her film @heyjuniperfilm while I was making @sunnyyardmovie and now we get to screen both of them together in NYC. @onegrandfilm brought us together and nurtured the entire production process! Last night was filled with meeting so many humans in person I have only talked to through technology! I have to say HUMANS rock. My voice is gone after one evening of festivities. I finished off the night with what little voice I had left meeting a true powerhouse of a woman @officialcindymich a journalist - marketing genius- film festival creator- educator and all around woman who knows. One night in and I needed extra coffee to recovery. Ok ok you caught me. I would have had the extra coffee anyways! Thank you @onegrandfilm @thejohnnybvance @darwinreina @sexykatie1391 love getting to see you all in the real world! #whatanight @sunnyyardmovie screens Thursday at 2pm room 1 Hope to see all my NYC people there! #youwilllaughyouwillcrypeoplewilldie #sunnyyard #gratitude @askformik @haileybrooksishere @themarcusweissexperience @roastturkeyclub @andre.watson.ii @michaelscottlikefromtheoffice @am.esquibel @trentonbrisco @hairbyjnicole @a_veryimportantperson @kristincooper6593 @rmart8343 @nicholas_thurgood @paulvato @afterhoursneon @kryptykminis @_kris_chung
