Wedding planning can come with a lot of “what ifs”, and we completely understand why. As planners, part of our job is helping you work through those questions so they don’t take over the experience. Some things can be planned down to the smallest detail, while other moments simply have to unfold 🥂 And sometimes, trusting the process means letting go of the idea that everything has to happen exactly as you pictured it. Our job is to work out the details, solve the problems, bring the vision to life, and give you the space to actually experience the day you’ve spent so much time creating. So bring us the big ideas, the possibilities, and all the little “what ifs.” We’ll figure out the rest together 💕 — Venue: @topavista with @vai_x_co Planning: @tobelovedevents Catering & Bar: @fundamentalevents Photography: @amelieblackphotography Content Creation: @btsbybeee Floral Design: @primroseandpetals Rentals: @arentalconnection Lighting: @feelgoodojai Tabletop Rentals: @soiree8 DJ & Photo Booth: @secondsong_official Live Music: @corey_highberg Beauty: @blissbridalbeauty Bridal Shop: @lovelybridenyc Designer: @katherinetash Alterations: @lecapricebridal Transportation & Parking: @toptierparking_ Restrooms: @benniek.enterprises — To Be Loved Events, Southern California Wedding, Malibu Wedding Planner, Los Angeles Wedding Planner and Designer, Ojai Wedding, Topa Vista Ojai Wedding Venue

One of the conversations I have with couples throughout the planning process is not just what they want their wedding day to look like, but how they want it to feel 🙌 For N & T, a grand entrance never felt necessary. After cocktail hour, guests naturally found their seats, conversations continued, and the evening flowed directly into dinner. There wasn’t a formal announcement or a moment designed to draw all attention to them. Instead, the transition felt relaxed, organic, seamless, and completely aligned with the atmosphere they wanted to create. It’s easy to get caught up in traditions simply because they’re common, but some of the best planning decisions come from taking a step back and asking whether a particular moment is actually adding value to the experience 💕 — Venue: Topa Vista @vaixcovenues Planning: @tobelovedevents Catering & Bar: @fundamentalevents Photography: @amelieblackphotography Content Creation: @btsbybeee Floral Design: @primroseandpetals Rentals: @arentalconnection Lighting: @feelgoodojai Tabletop Rentals: @soiree8 DJ & Photo Booth: @secondsong_official Live Music: @corey_highberg Beauty: @blissbridalbeauty Bridal Shop: @lovelybridenyc Designer: @katherinetash Alterations: @lecapricebridal Invitations: @zola Transportation & Parking: @toptierparking_ Restrooms: @benniek.enterprises — To Be Loved Events, Southern California Wedding, Malibu Wedding Planner, Los Angeles Wedding Planner and Designer, Ojai Wedding, Topa Vista

This business comes with a lot of highs and lows, and I think most creatives quietly go through seasons where they question themselves more than people realize. But moments like this always bring me back to what actually matters… creating meaningful, beautiful experiences that feel completely personal to the people at the center of them. 💕 This Ojai wedding was one of those reminders for me 🥹 Thoughtfully designed from the ground up, colorful yet timeless, layered into the orchards so naturally, and filled with so much intention in every detail. 🍊 A little reminder to myself (and the other creatives in this community) that growth doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it looks like creating something you’re genuinely proud of and working with incredible clients & vendors while doing it! 🥰 — Venue: @vaixcovenues Topa Vista Planning: @tobelovedevents Catering & Bar: @fundamentalevents Photography: @amelieblackphotography Content Creation: @btsbybeee Floral Design: @primroseandpetals Rentals: @arentalconnection Lighting: @feelgoodojai Tabletop Rentals: @soiree8 DJ & Photo Booth: @secondsong_official Live Music: @corey_highberg Beauty: @blissbridalbeauty Bridal Shop: @lovelybridenyc Designer: @katherinetash Alterations: @lecapricebridal Invitations: @zola Transportation & Parking: @toptierparking_ Restrooms: @benniek.enterprises — To Be Loved Events, Southern California Wedding, Malibu Wedding Planner, Los Angeles Wedding Planner and Designer, Topa Vista, Ojai Wedding Venue

One of the most underrated moments of a wedding day: seeing your reception for the very first time ✨ After months of planning, countless decisions, last-minute adjustments, and so many conversations about how you wanted it all to feel… suddenly it’s right there in front of you! 💕 The tables, the candlelight, the florals, the little details now brought fully to life. But what makes the moment so special isn’t just the design itself. It’s the pause before the space fills. Just the two of you standing in it together, taking in everything you created before the music starts and the celebration begins 🥂 — Venue: @vaixcovenues Topa Vista Planning: @tobelovedevents Catering & Bar: @fundamentalevents Photography: @amelieblackphotography Content Creation: @btsbybeee Floral Design: @primroseandpetals Rentals: @arentalconnection Lighting: @feelgoodojai Tabletop Rentals: @soiree8 DJ & Photo Booth: @secondsong_official Live Music: @corey_highberg Beauty: @blissbridalbeauty Bridal Shop: @lovelybridenyc Designer: @katherinetash Alterations: @lecapricebridal Invitations: @zola Transportation & Parking: @toptierparking_ Restrooms: @benniek.enterprises — To Be Loved Events, Southern California Wedding Planner, Malibu Wedding Planner, Los Angeles Wedding Planner and Designer, Topa Vista, Ojai Wedding Venue
