Big changes are coming to GM, with more details to be shared next week.
This is your last chance to book a group reformer class before April 18. If you’ve been away and have been meaning to come back, we’d love to see you one more time before the studio changes. Book via Momence.

✨ What a night! ✨
We were honoured to perform at the HMRI Winter Solstice Gala Ball over the weekend at the stunning Newcastle City Hall. Our talented full-time students and the adorable 4–6 year old performance group lit up the evening with a touch of winter magic ❄️

With $220,000 raised for vital medical research, it was a night full of heart, purpose, and community spirit. Thank you HMRI for inviting us to be a part of such a meaningful and memorable event. 💙
