“I’m not sure how many pillows you normally sleep with at night but I do 3; 2 for my head and one for my knees (major joint issues). I have tried so many pillows over the years and I could never get down to just one.

I found the pillow that helps! It’s Sutera’s Dream Deep pillow. I swear you will love it.”

It's Chloe's Birthday 🎈
One year ago, the Chloe character came to life and instantly became an important figure to my daughter. She saw someone who looked just like her, and this character would be in a book. A book that she could read and relate to. A book that made her feel like someone else was going through the same thing and could overcome a challenge.

Chloe has achieved many accomplishments. Her message in the book Hi, I'm Me received International Bestseller Status, was read and promoted by many teachers, bloggers and influencers and featured on important facial difference sites. But her greatest accomplishment was how she affected families. The overwhelming comments about how your children saw themselves in her and how the book helped you prepare for the world out there is exactly why Chloe is here.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for loving Chloe as much as we do.

In honour of this birthday celebration Chloe is offering 30% off the book Hi, I'm Me on her website. Link in the bio.

It means so much to us when people take the time to do a detailed review of Embr Wave. Especially a positive one! Usually if people like something, they often say "I like it/It's great!" and while it's always nice to hear someone tell us they like their Wave, it's even better when we hear what exactly it is they like about it! Thanks so much @topnotchblog!

Having hyper- POTS (hyperadrenergic postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) and going through menopause in your 30’s means a lot of hot flashes and not being able to control your temperature. It’s no fun to say the least.

I developed POTS 6 years ago and starting Menopause when I was 31 (I’m only 36 now). I’ve tried so many things to help including medications and I constantly have a fan on me, it’s like a running joke at home. Like how long is this going to last????😳😳

One thing I have recently found that has helped me is this amazing bracelet from @embrlabs walled the Wave Bracelet. They seriously had me in mind when they created me.

It helps cool or warm you up by simply pressing the right or left side of the button. You can also control it via the Embr App. Set it for 10 mins or longer if you need.

The wave has gotten me through some hot flashes already and no way I am going anywhere without this. For real, it’s amazing. I don’t have to keep turning my fan off and on like a crazy person or bugging Dan about the heat lol

I know a few people who suffer from these conditions that this would help and would make for a fantastic Christmas list. Maybe hint for your partner to order you one, or give yourself a little holiday treat, after all you deserve comfort right?

Do you have temperature control issues like me?

“Fishing requires patience. Fishing with a child requires the patience of a saint, but the rewards are heavenly.”- unknown

Not that long-ago Fallon read three books from @stacycbauer and loved them. Stacy just came out with another book in the series called "Cami and Wyatt Practice Patience". Fallon was so excited to read it that she had to read it right away.

In the new book, Cami and Wyatt go fishing with their parents. If you have ever gone fishing with a child, you know that things don’t always go according to plan. This is what happened with Cami and Wyatt. They didn’t only catch fish and they started to get frustrated.

Mom and Dad had to do a little interference and teach some lessons on patience.

Not only is this book a great reminder lesson for kids but also for us parents too. We need to remember what it’s like to be a little overwhelmed at times and not get things.

Make sure you head over to amazon to buy this. Makes for a great gift. I know it’s September, but it’s never too early to start planning for Christmas https://amzn.to/2Z61uht

Have you taken your kids fishing? If not what’s your favorite past time with the kiddos?

#throwbackthursday to when baby girl was 1. She loved her @teachmy playtime because of the wonderful blocks, board books, finger puppets, sensory cards, and puzzles to play with. One look into the high quality mirror cards and she would give me the biggest smile -- just like she is in this picture!!
