My husband asked me to make a runner for the top of his piano. I had a batik table runner kit from years ago that was the perfect start. I just added a few more rows for the perfect fit. I’m so happy with how it turned out. It’s a great complement to the art piece by @toricangelini

“Come on Sprocket, I’ll wash and you dry.” I really don’t have the words to explain what this specific piece means to me. This holiday special IS my childhood and I tear up every single year at this moment, at the very end. Thank you @jimjeroo for this amazing piece and I apologize for how many times I asked you about it. But you went above and beyond and I will treasure it. @jimjeroo also made those incredible cute birds for me. (You all know how much I love my birds.) I fell in love with them when he posted different ones he used for a design and immediately contacted him to see if he would make me some. Of course he kindly obliged. They look amazing on my carved shelf from @toricangelini in front of @robkazart colorful forest filled with #friendsalongtheway . Over 40 Artists, 6 plus HV wineries and 7 or more Hudson Valley Distilleries.

Here is a sampling of what Rockstars will be attending. 11 to 5pm, rain or shine!!

Today we said goodbye to the goodest boy. Our first baby, my little shadow, my Mowgli. He had a really hard year and after one final holiday and birthday it was time to let him go. Thank you for being the absolute best these last 13 years. For all the adventures. For hanging out with me everyday in the shop. For being so patient with your toddler siblings (and Arlo). And just being with me during all the ups and downs throughout my adult life. You were one of a kind.

I know I’ll see you on the other side. Thank you for being with me every step of the way. Love you always.
