Massive milestone PR for @toricierafit during coached hours on Friday evening! This 100kg clean is a HUGE 5kg PR, and shows how hard Tori has been working while navigating school. She is on track for some big meet numbers in the second half of the year. Great work Tori!

If you want to get in on training with her and our team, come to coached hours and let us help you improve technique! @toricierafit with a HUGE hang clean PR at 95kg! Tori has been on a huge tear this year while still attending PT school full time. She has pushed a lot of big numbers at her meets in the spring and is looking for some big totals in the fall as well. Watch for more massive lifts from her soon! @toriciera @carolinaweightlifting @coachmongosmash #butcherbarbell #clean #weightlifting #girlsthatlift #usaw

In back to back podium finishes, @toricierafit crushed the day at QCC to win her first 🥇 in a meet! She hit a meet PR snatch at 70kg, and paired it with an 87kg clean and jerk for a 157kg total. Her first time atop a podium just has made her hungrier so watch out! @toriciera @carolinaweightlifting @coachmongosmash @heavymetalbarbellclub #weightlifting #snatch #cleanandjerk #butcherbarbell #chasingperfection

@toricierafit absolutely decimated her previous total PR at the @athleticlab_weightlifting March Madness meet! She tied her Meet PR in snatch with 68kg and then made a 6kg Meet PR and 1kg Lifetime PR clean & jerk at 93kg, for a PR total of 161kg! Theres still more in the tank for this one, and with 2026 meets just getting started look for more platform PRs from Tori soon!

Again, huge thanks to @athleticlab_weightlifting and @j.t.nobbe_ for a great meet! Massive thanks to @alhedghog in for her help in the back room.

When you misunderstand the program and make up a new complex and somehow complete it successfully at almost 80% of your PR… @toricierafit was supposed to do a power jerk+split jerk. Instead did a power jerk+jerk balance. And yet, I’m not mad 🤣. Mission failed successfully. #weightliftingfail #cleanandjerk #butcherbarbell @alhedghog @toriciera @coachmongosmash

PRs across the board for @toricierafit during Coached Hours at the garage! Hitting a 71kg snatch, dropping behind just to miss hitting other equipment, for a 1kg PR. Following that she crushed a 92kg Clean & Jerk for a PR training total of 163kg! After that, she was finished, taking 95kg for a PR clean and a super close jerk! Great day in the garage! #snatch #cleanandjerk #weightlifting #butcherbarbell #butcherbarbellladies @toriciera @alhedghog @coachmongosmash @carolinaweightlifting

@toricierafit is crushing training while in PT school, pushing her strength numbers hard as she preps for a return to Nationals week in the U25s this summer! Excited to see her throw down in a few training meets this spring first though! #weightlifting #squats #butcherbarbell #girlswholift #butcherbarbellladies @toriciera @coachmongosmash @alhedghog

These are some snaps I took of various athletes during the Carolina WSO. I really like the shots, but they were pretty noisy, and so I leaned into it and dialed up the noise. I’m calling these “Bring the noise”. If you know the athlete pictured let me know and I’ll tag them.
