My first @mercuryfi retreat: Fortissimo, in New Orleans⚜️

Grateful to be part of a company that lets me chase this dream on and off the fencing strip. Even better: the people.

last workout of the summer will be 2 weeks from today! if you haven't made it out to workout with us yet, make this the one you get to, it will be our best one of 2026

ahead of breast cancer awareness month in October, 100% of the money raised from this will go to the Fox Chase Cancer Center at Temple Health to benefit the screening, treatment, and support programs for women with breast cancer. I will also be matching donations personally to add to our total

the workout will be challenging, fun, and benefit the women we know and love in our community

link to sign up is in my bio🔗

thanks to everyone who came to work out yesterday at penn treaty park! it was so fun to start the weekend with a good workout in the sun

we appreciate everyone who donated, even if you couldn't make it. all donations went directly to the CZC for kids dealing with the sudden loss of a loved one, and I'm really happy we can contribute to making a difference in their lives when they need it most

we'll be back hosting another workout @ penn treaty park on saturday the 29th at 11! all are welcome and encouraged to bring a friend, it'll be a great time

all proceeds will go directly to the CZC camps for children and young adults dealing with the sudden loss of a loved one. these camps provide a therapeutic safe space at no cost to the families, helping them break the emotional isolation grief often brings

details/sign up can be found at the link in my bio, hope to see you all there!

Victoria, you are the single most amazing, thoughtful, kind, funny, and gorgeous person on this earth. You are so positive and so bright, and are a light for those that can’t always see it. I am incredibly lucky to call you my partner for life, my adventure buddy, my love, and my other half. Here’s to you, your infectious laughter, your shining smile, and your endless positivity (and your pretty eyes!), Happy 25th ❤️
