BPCON 2026 was a whole different level. 🔥

A few days in a room full of people who get it. Investors, operators, builders, and dreamers all chasing the same thing: freedom through real estate.

I got to learn from the people I’ve been listening to for years, swap stories with new friends, and leave with a notebook full of ideas and a phone full of memories. 📸

Biggest takeaway? Your network really is your net worth. The conversations in the hallways hit just as hard as the ones on stage.

Another #BPCON in the books! 👏

Every year I’m reminded why I keep coming back. It’s a party, yes - one of my highlights this year was playing flip cup in the middle of the after party. But it’s also so much fun to catch up with friends I’ve known for years, and then also meet someone new who ends up changing how I think about my next deal.

That’s the part people underestimate. Real estate is a people business first. The numbers matter, but the relationships are what get deals done. I watched it happen all weekend: introductions turning into partnerships, hallway conversations turning into real opportunities. 🤑

Thank you to everyone who made this one so special! Already looking forward to next year.

I almost didn’t come @biggerpockets this year, and now I genuinely can’t believe I almost skipped it.

I was here three years ago, and one of the most inspiring things about coming back was seeing how much people have transformed. Their businesses, their personal brands, their entire lives.

It really hit me how much can change in just a few years when you put yourself in the right rooms, surround yourself with the right people, and actually take action.

And honestly, that’s what BPCon reminds me of every time. It’s not just the speakers or what you learn on stage. It’s the conversations, the relationships, the people who inspire you to think bigger.

Especially in a market like this, I think we need to lean into our community more than ever. Help each other, share opportunities, and actually contribute.

My biggest takeaways? Keep buying real estate. Double down on personal branding. And invest even more into the relationships I’ve built.

Because the more you put into this community, the more you get out.

And yeah, BPCon is officially a non-negotiable for me every year.

I’m leaving Orlando feeling incredibly grateful for the people in this industry and excited about what’s next.

It’s easy to talk about brands, networking, and opportunity, but none of it exists without people.

The people who show up, introduce themselves, share what they know, and take the time to get to know someone new.

Last night was a reminder that community isn’t just something we talk about. It’s something we build together, one conversation and one relationship at a time. 🎉
