Overcoming adversity is a lot like box jumps. Some will get easily intimidated when they see how great the challenge might be and never attempt or even try to overcome it.
There’s a quote that goes, “those who think they can and those who think they can’t are both usually right.” by Confucius. What this means is that if you don’t believe in yourself, you have already failed. And more so than not, you just have to take that leap of faith... or in this case, jump. Quit limiting yourself and break your own mental limitations. You’ll thank yourself later. •

“The 12 weeks of training that I did with Tori were a fun and great experience for me. I learned a lot of workouts as well as some machines to help me along my goal. These past 12 weeks really helped me solidify a routine as well as pick up healthy habits I'm really glad I could learn from such an amazing person." - Alex Medina

Through Tori, Alex was able to step out of his comfort zone, grasp a new hobby and lifestyle and grow so much from it! After completing the 12 week plan, Alex lost 20 pounds total and gained quality muscle throughout the process as well! Congratulations to both of you for working hard to crush these goals! •
•
Also, for anybody who is interested, we are now hiring Certified Personal Trainers/Coaches to come on board! If you would like to apply, please send your resume to our Training Director Tori.

As we’ve said before, we love seeing our members chase and conquer their goals! One of our personal trainers, Tori has done a great job helping Alex get into the gym and improve on a daily basis! This young man had never set foot in a gym or touched weights until coming here and thanks to Tori, he’s crushing goals every week! Keep up the hard work Alex! He is now down 20 lbs in 5 weeks! •

The SkateHealth Search Engine is online on thedailypush.com now! The search engine is an international network of healthcare professionals that skate - physiotherapists, personal trainers, nutritionists, etc.

If for example you're injured and need a physio, or you're tired of getting tired when you skate and want a trainer to help you out, then this search engine will put you into contact with someone that can help you and most importantly someone that skates. Hope you all find it useful! Link in bio! 📸 @jamesrossphotog

If you're a certified healthcare professional that skates and are interested in being a part of this then DM me👌
