Butter, sugar, flour, creativity, vision, hard work, and a whole lot of croissants 🥹 Back in December, I messaged @mezzobakeshop on Instagram asking if they had anyone lined up to manage their marketing. Mezzo had (maybe?) 15 Instagram followers at the time, but I knew in my heart that Mezzo would be special and I had to take my chance. A quick DM convo turned to coffee with @torinarnold, which ten months later has transformed into one of the most fulfilling, freeing, proud projects of my career. If you ever need a dose of inspiration, go follow @torinarnold. Getting to work so closely with her has truly shaped me, and having her trust with this brand is an honor I can hardly put into words. The magic of Mezzo isn’t just in the pastry case, it’s in the people. It’s in Niall’s quick wit and Chef John’s quiet focus. It’s the perfect balance between Tori’s wild ambition and Chad’s cool precision. It’s in the excitement behind my 12 “croissant connoisseurs” (after I promised I’d only pick 5, lol). It’s the 11K people who followed us on Instagram before we even opened our doors (😭😭😭) and the line of locals wrapped around the block all weekend long. And of course, it’s in every single person who will inevitably fall in love with Mezzo and what it’s brought to OKC. We are so proud, so sleepy, and so so so grateful to finally welcome you to @mezzobakeshop.❤️

Rewind 14 years … two college girls walking campus, talking about the futures we envisioned. It makes sense that entrepreneurship was in the cards.
