Gotta LOVE ❤️ NYC!

We got to meander down to Madison Square Park and live like locals this morning! 🌳☀️ Then grabbed a quick bite at a pop-up rooftop restaurant before hopping on the ferry ⛴️ to meet up with the kids.

For a second, it really felt like we lived here. 🗽❤️

This city is definitely growing on me… and that beautiful sunset stole my heart. 🌆🌅❤️

Sun-kissed, happy, and so grateful for these memories. ❤️ #piperatlanta #familytime #livelikelocal #ferry #redhook

Big thanks to Victoria for planning the PERFECT Pop Pop birthday DAY filled with all his favorites! ☕️🍩🍺💿🥜🍜🍣🍦

We had so much fun celebrating him, but honestly, the best part was just being together as a family. ❤️

Celebrating Pop Pop is so easy because he is simply THE BEST!!! We love you! 🥰❤️#piperatlanta #familytime #poppop #NYC #favoritethings

Day 1 in NYC 🗽❤️✨

Wow! Just LOVE family time together! Seeing your grown-ass kids all grown up in the BIG CITY 🌆 does something to this mama! It’s scary mixed with excited and a BIG scoop of PROUD! 🥹❤️

I soaked up every second and every step today—making wonderful memories, exploring the city, enjoying good food 🍕🍦, 🥰 Central Park🐾🌳🐿️🦮, lots of walking, laughter, and love.

This is our “new” new, and we’re making the most of our time together! One picture, one moment at a time. ❤️

Life is good. I’m counting my blessings and extremely grateful for this time together! 🗽💕

💙 SOULFUL SUNDAY | GRATITUDE

Today, I’m feeling grateful. 💙

Grateful for the women who have shaped me, loved me, challenged me, encouraged me, prayed with me, made me laugh, and walked beside me through different seasons of my life.

Starting with my mom, the loving women who have been there throughout my journey, and the ones who came into my life exactly when I needed them. 💕

For me, wellness isn’t just about what I eat, how much I move, or the habits I’m working on. It’s also about what I feed my mind, heart 💜 and soul.

And gratitude is one of those things I want to practice every day. 🙏

There’s actually science behind that feeling: a 2025 meta-analysis of 145 papers involving more than 24,800 people found that gratitude interventions produced a small overall improvement in well-being.

So today, I’m choosing to pause. To remember.
To appreciate.
To give thanks.
To celebrate the people who have helped shape me.

Sunday Soul reminder:
💙 Gratitude changes what we notice.
💙 Gratitude helps us appreciate where we are.
💙 Gratitude reminds us that we don’t have to walk this journey alone.

Life is better together. 💙

What are you grateful for today? 🙏✨
