What a summer it has been! From celebrating one year at the best studio ever @reformingpilates, to teaching at the brand new BEAUTIFUL townhouse, to going to Miami for a little over 24 hours to teach two classes at brickell, teaching so many fun classes with so many amazing clients, AND celebrating not one but two of my bestie girls getting engaged I don’t think this summer can be topped. I love my job I love my clients and I love everyone who I work with.

Another week, another set of instructors we love 🤍 The ones who turn a class into something you build your week around. Who understand the rhythm of a room, when to push, how to hold the energy, and exactly what to say when you need it most, even when we show up after posting Instagram stories at 4am. What happens in that room goes beyond the workout, it shifts how we show up for ourselves long after we leave. The SYNC’D girls are endlessly grateful. Go show your favorite instructors some love by rating your workouts on the SYNC’D app 🧘‍♀️

January favorites 💕• What a month ! Spent almost all my time at the best studio ever @reformingpilates (wouldn’t want it any other way) with the best coworkers who have turned into friends! Ended the month in Boston for four days with @popupwrkout - what an amazing experience absolutely loved every second of it. It’s incredible how in just a month a space can turn into a community! 2026 you are off the a great start. Can’t wait to see what is next !!
