This community....the Ecstatica Family is absolutely incredible. Time and time again we hear it....

We hear how welcome you feel
We hear how liberated the experience is
That there is a wholesomeness to Ecstatica
That this is medicine.

And this has always been our mission. To create a place where you can come and just breathe, fully.

To give yourself the gift of absolute surrender to whatever and whoever you want to be and feel into.

Every gathering proves to be more potent, fun, free .

We love you all!

Home is home, no matter where I go. The past few weeks have been a quiet return home but not empty. Grateful for family, friends, the music, and the moments that made home feel closer than ever. Let’s make this last summer in Toronto count 🫶🏾🐺.

It was our smallest gathering to date. The weather was wild. The wind storm had blown branches off trees, blocked roads and the blowing rain wouldn't let up. ....but the community brought the ENERGY! This past weekend, Ecstatica Fiesta Soul was one of the hottest nights yet.

Y'all brought the flavor, spice, fun, and we exalted our humanity through the medicine of movement & community.

Thank you all for showing up in your fullness & being the beat of this community rhythm ❤️

I cannot express the level of gratitude currently contained in this physical human body at this time for the exceptionally intentional container of safety, healing, laughter, play, arrival, sacred medicine and community I've graciously stumbled upon in the last few months🙏🏼✨

The connections that have flourished, the laughter that's been shared, the beautiful souls I've met, the high vibes of music elevating the room, the loving breathwork and soundbaths created and the intentional conversations that have transpired have filled my heart and my cup in a way that allows me to operate from a place of overflow🌻

Witnessing people's journies of expansion is the ultimate gift in this life and I'm so honoured to be a part of it🌱
