A reputation built through years of turning vision into business. 💪🏽

Torrey Tomlinson shares his experience working alongside our CEO, Shonica Crocker, and why he values her as a businesswoman, leader, and resource. Together, along with her partners, they opened Burn Lounge, one of the first clubs on Roosevelt Highway, laying the foundation for a business relationship he speaks proudly of today.

His testimony reflects what we bring to Leaders Over Bosses: experience, trusted relationships, and the ability to help move an idea forward.

Great businesses aren’t accidental. They’re architected.™

If you’re ready to stop carrying your entire business on your shoulders and start building the infrastructure that scales, we’re ready to help.

Some moments remind you that community is not just about where you are, it is about the people who make a place feel like home.

Southside Day was a beautiful reflection of culture, connection, and the people who continue to pour into the community.

Grateful to have been there to witness it, capture it, and celebrate the spirit of the Southside.

The 3rd Annual Southside Day Community Festival was a success. It was a massive, free-admission public celebration designed to connect, invest in, and uplift the local municipalities and neighborhoods making up South Metro Atlanta and South Fulton.

The event was hosted by notable Atlanta stars in entertainment including Yung Joc Torrey100, and Ray Daniels.

Atlanta hip-hop group Trillville took the stage to perform live, with broadcasting and beats handled by Streetz 94.5 FM, Beasy the DJ, and DJ Omezy.

During the event, Southside native Tameka "Tiny" Cottle-Harris was presented with the prestigious South Side Legend Award

The event featured a dedicated Kid's Zone, food trucks, local business showcases, and vital community resources highlighting education, technology access, and health equity.

SOUTHSIDE DAY 2026. 3rd Annual. Wolf Creek. 🔴⚫

We rewound the whole day so you could live it twice. The heat said stay home. South Fulton said otherwise.

Yung Joc on the mic. Pastor Troy, Trillville and Derez De'Shon on the stage. Tiny and Yung LA getting their flowers. Vendors from everywhere, families everywhere, shade nowhere.

Sometimes the assignment finds you. 🎤✨

I came to Southside Day prepared to support a @caribbeanairforce media activation, but when the scheduled red-carpet host called out, I was pulled in to take over.

And honestly? I loved every minute of it. Although it was hot AF 🥵

Maybe media personality isn’t a new calling. Maybe it’s a lane that’s been waiting for me to step into it. 👀🎥

The official footage is coming, but here’s a little BTS for now!
