Proud of the work my son, Raheem Vance, continues to put in.
As a college football player, the grind doesn’t stop — and neither does the belief.

I train him spiritually, physically, and mentally to never give up on his dreams, no matter the situation. No matter the doubters. No matter the haters. Pressure, adversity, and setbacks are all part of the journey — how you respond is what matters.

We show up each and every day. We work when nobody’s watching. We stay locked in when people count us out. That’s how growth happens. That’s how dreams stay alive.

Keep working. Keep believing. Keep pushing.
The work will always speak for itself. 💪🏾#believeinyourself #itsbiggerthenme #explorepage✨ #raheemvance #kareemvancefitness Fitness

Your first three hires of the Shephard era!

Dahlen**** will also coach QBs.

BREAKING: Jamarcus Shephard is bringing in staff from Alabama, and here are some names sources Ryan Clarke (Oregonian) and Ryan Harlan (BeaversEdge) have announced so far:

Eron Hodges - General Manager
Torrey Gill - WR’s Coach
Mitch Dahlen - QB/Co-Offensive Coordinator

Hodges brings ELITE experience, and is a key reason to why Shephard is now coaching here as having a GM was crucial. Torrey Gill is a very familiar face, as Gill was on the Oregon State staff from 2022-2024 as an Assistant WRs coach and Interim RBs coach. Dahlen is also another great piece of the Alabama staff.

More to come, as Shephard will have his formal introduction on Tuesday. Shephard will look to have his defensive staff filled out first. #GoBeavs
