A bit behind on posting, so figured it’s time to catch up!

Back in May, we shot multiple videos for @physique57 On Demand!! 🎥✨

I have always looked up to the women of the fitness world, so this was a complete “pinch me” moment! 💜

You never know what you’re capable of until there’s a camera recording your every move that will live on in perpetuity! 🤣💪🏼

Thank you P57 for this opportunity. Workout with me any time On Demand! 💫

This work has been evolving over the past year, and we’re continuing to rehearse, refine, and discover as we build toward our 2027 Season Performance at New York Live Arts.

Follow along for an inside look at the rehearsal process, creative journey, and performances throughout this new season. 💫
