We just finished up Dynamics of a Gunfight - Day One and Two at @alphawhiskeytactical in Harrisburg. Two days filled with decision-making under pressure and intense scenarios. Students learned just as much from mistakes as from successes. An essential element was the AAR after each scenario. We will be back at Alpha Whisky Tactical October 14th for Law Enforcement Officer CQC Workshop. #lodestone #principlebasedtraining #forceonforce #lightfighter #lodestonetac

The Dynamics of a Gunfight Series by Lodestone Training and Consulting bridges the gap between flat-range classes and scenario-based, Force-on-Force classes. This series of classes breaks down a gunfight to its primitive form. By using Airsoft, Sims, and UTMs in this setting, students will experience multiple repetitions against live opponents in each drill. The Dynamics of a Gunfight Series was created and is taught by instructors who have won multiple gunfights and are sharing their real-world experiences with the students. Basically, everything they wish they had known before the first bullet went past their head. Lodestone Training and Consulting Podcast
Season 10 Episode 8: Geissele Super Duty Review
@ltac_zulu and Flynn sit down with Jason from @geissele . They talk about the Geissele Super Duty that the LTAC instructors have been running, as well as what Flynn has been running at his day job.
One of the major reasons we recommend Geissele is because of our experiences using their equipment in law enforcement and in SOF. This episode is 2 1/2 hours of gun nerd talk. Enjoy!
You can listen to the Lodestone Training and Consulting Podcast from our website in the Briefing Room or wherever you get your podcasts. #lodestone #podcast #lodestonepodcast #ltacpodcast #geissele

This Saturday in Lebanon after the Combat Rifle class. From 5pm-8pm come out and get some reps with that scatter gun.
Lodestone Shotgun Skills classes are designed as a 3-hour supplement to our normal Shotgun Mastery Series classes, to provide an additional opportunity for training. We have kept the round count limited. This is to ensure the opportunity to train without breaking the bank. The Skills classes will take the skills and concepts that you’ve already learned and reinforce them with additional repetition. They also introduce additional skills and concepts that might not fit into a regular class but are valuable to your continued training.
Each class will be slightly different. Instructors will change drills from class to class based on the ability of the students and their desire for learning.
Shotgun Skills: Level One reviews some of the material of the Shotgun Mastery Series - Day One but spends most of the time on drills. It is targeted at students who are familiar with Shotguns but may have had limited structured training before. It will help them build a solid foundation. This class offers the perfect opportunity for the student to refine their manipulation and utilization of a Shotgun and prepares them to use a Shotgun in the defense of themselves and their family.
The day consists of 3 hours of live-fire instruction.
