“To the kid I was” is a passion project by photographer @andrewfennell , where his subjects have a heart to heart with their younger selves. You can check out some of what I thought young Diandra needed to hear here. 🫶 @tothekidiwas

✨To the misfits, the under represented, and the “too much” folks…..this is for us!!!! I was a closeted creative kid in Catholic school, struggling with identity, emotions, and feeling like I had no blueprint. I didn’t fit in (in my mind, but I had really supportive friends for the most part), and I thought that meant I was broken. Now? I help artists, entrepreneurs, and creators turn their “too much-ness” into a brand, a business, and a bold online presence. In this video, I talk to my younger self, the girl who had no idea that being different would eventually become her greatest SUPER POWER. 🎥 Watch it, share it, tag someone who needs this reminder. Series: @tothekidiwas Photographer, and Founder: @andrewfennell Location: @studio3knyc And if you’re building a personal brand rooted in realness….let’s work!!!! Drop a 🔥 if you relate, save this to rewatch on a low day, and click the link in bio for coaching, tools, and my “Brand With Balance” eBook.
