A year ago @iamkristinemonaghan told me about her ideas for an awards for class-based businesses. She wanted it to reflect her values, provide a platform for definition for the sector and position her as an industry leader. 12 months, 20 judges, 400 entries, countless hours later she delivered an incredible inaugural event. Proud of the process I created. Class Business Awards 2026, delighted to have been part of it ❤️

Wowee! Yesterday we attended the Class Business Awards @childrensactivitybusinessclub, and what a fantastic day / evening it was! So much inspiration, knowledge and expertise in one room, we met so many powerhouse business owners and left feeling fully motivated and ready to take Fixation to new heights!🚀

We were also honoured to be asked to speak as part of the ‘Building a Community’ Panel Discussion, led by the wonderful @nikihutchison 🤝

And we were so SO grateful to be finalists for two awards; Strategic Partnership Award and Children’s Activity Provider of the Year🌟 a huge congratulations to the winners @heroselfcic & @totsunited - you guys rock!🏆

Thank you @iamkristinemonaghan for a beautiful day, we can’t wait for next year!❤️✨

Where do I even start with yesterday’s Business Class Awards?! ❤️

What an absolute honour to have been one of the judges. And if anything, the whole experience has reminded me just how blooming brilliant the children’s activity industry really is.

An industry full of people who genuinely care. People with passion, purpose and a real desire to make a difference.

And judging? My goodness, it was HARD!

You hear people say, “Everyone was a worthy winner,” don’t you? But I genuinely mean it.

The stories behind these businesses. The reasons they started. The challenges they’ve overcome. The conversations I had with them.

Just incredible.

I also had the pleasure of hosting one of the mastermind tables, where we explored ways to grow our businesses. And once again, I was reminded just how many brilliant minds we have in this industry.

So, if you put yourself forward for an award and didn’t win this time, PLEASE don’t stop.

Go again. And again. And again. ❤️

And finally, I absolutely HAVE to talk about Krissy

Krissy Monaghan, you are an absolute LEGEND!

The thought, care and attention that went into every single detail of this event was something else.

The content was exactly what we needed. The speakers, the conversations, the timings. Everything had clearly been so carefully considered.

You absolutely smashed it, and I really hope you’re putting your feet up for a few days. You deserve it!

It was also just lovely to meet so many new faces, have some brilliant conversations and spend time with people who care so deeply about what they do.

I’m incredibly proud to be part of this industry.

And I can’t wait to do it all again! 💘👩‍🍳#lovebiz #childrensactivities #bizawards #bizclassawards #womeninbiz

From PE teacher to building something much bigger.⚽🤸🏻‍♀️

With over 15 years’ experience as a qualified PE teacher, I’ve always believed sport can do far more than teach skills.

It builds confidence.
Friendships.
Resilience.
And memories that last a lifetime.

That belief is at the heart of everything we’re building at Tots United® across football, gymnastics and beyond. ⚽️🤸‍♀️

This is bigger than sport.

And we’re only getting started.🚀

At Tots United®, we want our children to DREAM BIGGER.🚀

That’s why we’ve created opportunities to connect our children and communities with clubs and professional players.⚽️🔥

Real players.
Real journeys.
Real inspiration.

When a child meets someone who has lived the dream, it can make them start believing in their own.💭✨

This is MORE THAN FOOTBALL.

It’s about ACCESS.
OPPORTUNITY.
BELIEF.
INSPIRATION. ❤️

Professional football! 🤝 Our communities!

Inspiring the NEXT GENERATION. 🚀⚽️

OBSESSION. 🔥

People talk about talent.
People talk about hard work.

But there’s another level…

Being OBSESSED with becoming better.

Obsessed with learning.
Obsessed with improving.
Obsessed with raising standards.
Obsessed with the mission. 📈

When you genuinely love what you do, you don’t just turn up - you live it.

That’s the mentality I’ve carried through football, coaching and building Tots United®. ⚽🤸🏻‍♀️❤️

Talent helps. Hard work matters.

But obsession? That can separate you from everyone else. 🚀

Are you obsessed with what you do? 👇

We’ve built, learned, adapted and kept pushing forward - always with the same goal:

❤️ Creating something that makes a real difference to children and families in the community.

This is more than business.
More than sport.
It’s a journey and we’re only getting started. 🔥

The perfect duo. The dream team. 🤝⚽🤸
