Molloy ‘31

I am very proud and grateful to announce my commitment to Molloy University, where I will continue my academic and athletic career playing Division II lacrosse.

First and foremost, thank you to my family—especially those who are here on a daily, thank you for always pushing me to be better and never giving up.

I’m grateful for every twist in this journey. The doors that closed ultimately led me to the one that opened, bringing me to lacrosse and to this opportunity. Thank you, G-d, for guiding me and showing me the path that was truly meant for me.

Thank you to all of my coaches at Tottenville, Riot, and everyone in between who believed in me, challenged me, and helped me grow both on and off the field.

Finally, thank you to Coach McCabe, Coach Dunn and Coach Scannell for giving me this amazing opportunity to compete at the next level.

Getting comfortable in putting that foot in the ground & changing directions.

Just like a running back one cut & hit the hole for a big gain. Change of speed & burst for score.

More power generating by gaining more speed shooting on the run ‼️‼️

Smoothness fluidity repetition.

Footwork with the stick in rhythm. Set up your defenders.
Working on dodge A to dodge B quickly with the crash or slide coming.

Set up the split - take advantage of the over aggressive slide & roll off back to win to the middle of the field for a prime shooting opportunity ❗️❗️❗️
