For when you need a 5 minute snack! V & GF 🤭 How I made them 👇 - 1 gluten free/ vegan tortilla @toufayan - drizzle of oil - granulated sugar(big spoonful) - generous shakes of cinnamon 1) cut up your tortilla(s), then toss or brush a small amount of neutral oil(or melted butter) on top 2) sprinkle 1-2 spoonfuls of sugar on top, then shake some cinnamon on as well and mix until everything is well coated 3) arrange in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 375°f for 5-8 mins. Check after 5 mins, these get brown FAST, like mine are def overdone 😂 4) if you have any remaining sugar/cinnamon mix, feel free to toss them in it while still warm and enjoy! #cinnamonchips #glutenfreeveganfood #easysnacks

There’s a story behind this recipe I don’t think I’ve fully told you. Seventeen years ago, my best friend (who also happens to be Armenian) and I were both in labor with our firstborns, same hospital, with the same doctor, just twelve hours apart. We didn’t even know it until years later. Little miracles, finding each other right on time. #AD This recipe is hers, and it starts with @toufayan authentic Armenian lavash. It’s made the traditional way, thin and soft with that signature crunch when it crisps up, nothing like the thicker store-bought flatbreads. Spread on hummus, add Armenian string cheese, a little Aleppo pepper if you like the kick, then crisp it in a hot pan with butter on both sides. That’s the beauty of a recipe. It holds a memory. I hope this one finds its way into your kitchen too. Comment LAVASH and I will send you the information to help you find this bread near you, and the detailed to this simple yet delicious recipe. #toufayan #toufayanpartner #armeniancooking familyrecipes

Here’s a 10-minuted meal you can make for lunch 🍔cheeseburger wrap   You’ll need: 1 @Toufayan Wholesome Wheat Wrap
4 oz. ground beef
⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp chopped red onion
2 tbsp chopped pickles
½ cup shredded lettuce
2 tbsp secret sauce

What to do: 1️⃣Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked. 2️⃣Spread the secret sauce over the wrap. Add the cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, red onion and pickles. 3️⃣Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet and toast for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden and crisp. Slice and enjoy! Wraps are my go-to lunch solution when I want something quick and balanced.
