New episode of @valley.views.podcast out now everywhere you stream a podcast. Including in international countries.

Season 4 Episode 15 ( #97 audio) is diving into startling but real statistics about the mental and physical health crisis and demand in Southern Nevada.

Thanks again to @downtownvegasalliance , @mayorsfundlv & @howardhughesco for this city Hall hosted function.

Thanks to the Deans of @touronevada, @unlvmedicine, and @rosemanmedicine !

I learned a ton and hope this episode teaches a new #valleyview!

Happy PA Week! 🤍

Take a little walk down memory lane with me…

All the smells you’ll smell in the ER

I was his scribe before being his PA 🥹

My very first white coat 👩🏻‍⚕️

I lived at this library

Just a baby PA in the neuro ICU during COVID… learning 47 years’ worth of life lessons in one shift and questioning every single life choice that led me there

I was so excited

Always cold and always in the front row 🤓

I still don’t know if I saw what I was looking for

Practicing gowning in a hazmat suit I suppose?

Became a pro at 15 minute caffeine naps.. anywhere.

Time for a little name change 💙🧡

Dr. Abigail Bachman, OTD, OTR/L

Over a year after graduation, I officially passed my board exam! Did it take some time? Yes. But I may have taken a little detour wearing a sparkly hat and serving the state of Nevada 👑

All good things take time, and I couldn’t have done it without my Aunt Nancy, my parents, and all of my friends and family who supported me through both my journey as Miss Nevada and becoming a board-certified occupational therapist.

Here’s to many years of empowering others, helping people reach their fullest potential, and doing what I love 🛝🎨🦿✍️
