One of our amazing high-schoolers, DJ Harris, bringing the word today in our Sunday service! 🗣️

The word was titled THE ANATOMY OF RESISTANCE. God’s word shows us important lessons from the temptation of Jesus. No matter what we face, God’s word holds the key 🔑 to a life of victory and freedom!

God doesn't ask you how old you are when He calls you!

On Sunday, with Pastor Jessie, we learned about Timothy and his story. He was young but still was a powerful man of God. We unpacked the 5 areas of INFLUENCE that every young person should be aware of 👀

- Speech 👄
- Conduct🚶‍♀️
- Faith ✝️
- Love ❤️
- Purity 🕊

✨ GATHER WAS ONE FOR THE BOOKS! ✨

We had a BALL at GATHER last Friday!

Thank you to everyone who came out, worshipped, connected, laughed, and fellowshipped with us. The room was filled with so much love, joy, and purpose!

Our theme was centered around John Mark and his journey of being rejected by Paul at first, but later being called upon because Paul had need of him.

Your failure is NOT your final chapter. 🙌🏽

Sometimes people may count you out because of your past, your mistakes, or the season you’re in, but God still has a plan for your life! What looks like a setback can become the setup for your next chapter.

✨ DEDICATION. ACTIVATION. TRANSFORMATION. ✨

John Mark’s story reminds us that one failure doesn’t disqualify you from being used by God. There is still purpose in you, there is still work for you, and there is still more ahead!

Thank you to everyone who helped make GATHER so special. We love y’all and we can’t wait to see you at the next one! ❤️

STAY TUNED FOR OUR UPCOMING EVENTS! 👀🔥

We’re breaking chains all August long! ⛓️‍💥

What we learned today:

1. Some of us may need to freshen up our Bible skills🤣
2. Tear down what has become your stronghold, reset your mind, and rebuild your safety in God.

We are God’s chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, Gods very own special people. We are grateful that He calls us His own. We choose Him daily because He first chose us, He first loved us.

Camp may be over but the Lord’s work continues!
