Wrestling gave me more than I ever could’ve asked for memories, lessons, coaches, teammates, partners, and people who became family. I’m beyond blessed for every match, every practice, every win, every loss, and every person who played a part in my journey.

But now, it’s time to hang the shoes up.

Thank you, wrestling, for everything you gave me. And Dad, thank you for believing in me, pushing me, and making this journey possible. I’ll carry it all with me forever.

what a year

2025 was one of the most spontaneous and unique years of my entire life, and it flew by in the snap of a finger. I’ve started to realize that the older you get, the faster life moves, and it never slows down. The speed of life often causes us to be in an unintentional go-go-go mode, whether that’s life circumstances, noise, or the desires of our heart. The problem with this is we so easily miss the important things, like the blessing of being alive in a time like this.

As I take a step back and reflect over this year, I start to realize just how much the Lord has grown and blessed me in 2025. I was baptized for the first time in my life, spent hours laughing with my best friends, acquired timeless memories with the people I love most, went places I never thought i’d go, learned countless valuable life lessons, and was entrusted to steward a ministry with my best friend @nstroble1.

Every tear you’ve shed in 2025, every prayer you’ve prayed, everything you’ve been believing for, has been the preparation of what you will reap this year. The harvest is ready in 2026. You will go places others say you don’t belong, you will grow more than you ever thought was possible, and you will be blessed more than you could have ever dreamed or imagined. Jesus loves you so much, and He didn’t sacrifice His life for yours to be sold short. He wants you to have everything, He wants you to have the best. This year, seek Him with everything you have, desire His presence more than ever before, and fight harder than you’ve ever fought. The time is now. Peace out 2025

Life will crush you in ways you never saw coming. Moments you thought you were built for can still knock the wind out of you. I’ve been confused, angry and lost - all in the same breath. But somewhere in the middle of all that - I realized something: you don’t grow when everything is easy. You grow when life forces you to look in the mirror and rebuild
Learning to focus on myself again. Learning to let the hard moments shape me into the person I want to be.
And through all of it - my friends have been the difference.
The people who show up when life hits the hardest, the ones who don’t judge you, don’t disappear, and don’t need you to pretend you’re okay - those people matter more than anything. You can lose a lot, but if you still have friends who got you, you’re not lost.
This chapter is about growth, healing, and surrounding myself with the people who actually want to see me win. Love all of yall. Thank you guys for supporting me

What’s GOOD y’all — man it’s been a MINUTE.
Life been crazy busy, my brother @mtvzachh coming down to Lakeland for a week and MAN I can’t wait. On top of that — just started new training for my job, been juggling a lot lately. But through it all, I’ve been learning one big thing — prioritize yourself.

I used to pour into everything and everyone else first, and it left me mentally drained. The second I started putting myself first — mentally, physically, spiritually — everything started clicking again. Down 49 pounds on this cut and honestly, I’ve never felt better.

The grind’s personal, but it’s also about who’s in your corner. The homies, the people that check in, push you when you’re slacking, and celebrate your W’s with you — those the type of people that help keep you up when you’re down. Appreciate ALL my brothers tagged- got yall 4L

So yeah, I’ve been staying busy, but I’ve also been taking care of myself. New chapter, new energy, same mission: LOCK IN
