To teach is to truly see 👁️

We believe great teachers do more than instruct movement. They notice, respond, and hold space for the person in front of them. That’s the heart of the Sama Method.

Sama Yoga Academy’s Teacher Training is more than a certification, it’s a community that will hold you as you grow.

Ready to be that kind of teacher? Link in bio.

Sama is where movement becomes connection.
Where we breathe together.
Move together.
Laugh together.
Pause together.
Because yoga is a practice, but community is what makes it feel like home.

Good people - and so many good things to come here - for you @samayogacenter 🤍

‘I’ve been going to classes at Sama for almost a couple of months now after a friend mentioned them to me, knowing I had been searching for a studio I would feel comfortable in. I am so happy for the recommendation! The team at Sama has created such a welcoming, community-focused environment that feels open and comfortable, no matter your experience level. I’m so grateful to have found this space!’ - Kerry C.
