POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

@elan_pure HQ is in a spare room at my house. Tracey Vlahos flew out to HQ for Q4 planning, so naturally we held a mandatory offsite (dinner at Moxies).

Truly blessed by the people building this with me.

Anyone else running HQ out of their house? I’m sure we’ll all look back at these days and smile. 🤍

If there’s one thing we live by, it’s don’t give up.🙏🏼

We’ve had failed partnerships. We’ve made mistakes. We’ve had product/delivery issues we never saw coming.

But we learned. We fixed. And most importantly we kept going. Because that’s the reality of building a company.

Even now, It’s not always rainbows and butterflies😅 There are hard days, big decisions, unexpected problems, and plenty of moments where you have to trust the process before you can see the outcome.

But if there’s anything we know now, it’s that we can get through anything.

We know how to figure it out. We know how to keep moving when things don’t go according to plan. And we know where we’re going.

So we’ll keep showing up, keep learning, keep building, and keep going.

Don’t give up. 🤍

Do you think this face tanning mist works? Pretty sure the proof is in the pudding as they say. Holy cow!!!!! Totally in love with this new product and I loved that I got to try it out for you guys. The smell is always the one thing I worry about and this one smells like vanilla extract. It truly does smell amazing!!!! Plus as you can see the shade is perfection!!!!
You can apply it before or after your skincare and either way it works. Mainly because it is skincare too!!!
*to clarify I do not have foundation on in the first picture and I do in the second picture. That foundation matches my skintone as close as possible

live reactions when women realize self-tan can actually feel like skincare.

hormone-safe. ultra-hydrating. no self-tan smell. just a seamless, skin-like glow.

Can you swim with self tanner on? Yes. But here are the rules. 🌊

Rule 1: Start with Elan Pure of course😌. Our dual-active tanning process combines plant-based DHA and organic erythrulose so your tan actually has a fighting chance in the water.

Rule 2: Wait 24 hours before you get in. Plant-based DHA develops within 8-10 hours, erythrulose finishes after 24. Let it do its thing.

Rule 3: Pat dry after. Do not rub with your towel.

Rule 4: Rinse chlorine off as fast as you can. It is actively working against you.

Rule 5: Moisturize after every swim. Hydrated skin holds a tan. Dry skin does not.

You’re welcome. 🫶 #selftanning

5 Quick Fire Questions is back for a one off special, with the most beautiful, Tracey Vlahos!!

What’s the most interesting place you’ve ever visited?
The Maldives. There’s something so powerful about being on a tiny island where the only thing there is the resort and the people who live and work on it. It strips life down to simplicity in the most beautiful way. You slow down and you realize how little you actually need to feel at peace. It was one of the most grounding and relaxing experiences I’ve ever had.

What is your favourite food or cuisine?
Fresh seafood, always. If it’s clean, simple, and straight from the ocean…I’m in. It makes me feel my best, and I truly believe when you nourish your body with what you love everything else flows better. I could eat it every day… and honestly, I pretty much do.

What’s your favourite part of your job at Elan Pure?
Knowing that what we create actually gives people confidence, without compromising their health. That’s everything to me. I used self-tanner for over 20 years, and when I developed hypothyroidism, I had to stop because I couldn’t find a non-toxic option. It affected how I felt in my own skin. So being part of Elan Pure… it’s personal. We’re giving people the ability to feel confident and aligned with their health. That’s powerful.

What skill or hobby do you have outside work that might surprise people?
I’m deeply passionate about learning, especially when it comes to hormones, nutrition, and overall wellness. I’m always studying, always growing. It might not sound surprising at first, but it’s more than a career, it’s how I live my life. I genuinely love understanding how the body works and then simplifying it so other women can feel empowered in theirs.

What brings you the most joy?
My morning devotional. It’s non-negotiable for me. It fills my spirit before the world has a chance to pull at my energy. That quiet time grounds me, strengthens me, and sets the tone for how I show up for myself, my children, and everyone I’m blessed to connect with throughout the day. It’s where my peace and purpose start.
