What do you think when you notice a new social media trend?
This one has really captured our imagination, celebrating
midlife friendship, humour, girls’ nights out, friendship confessions, oversharing, funny friendship moments and all so relatable.

When “I don’t know if I’ve ever told you this before…” turns into complete oversharing 😂

Nothing beats a girls’ night out with the friend who knows far too much! Tag the Pippa or Tracie in your life or just quietly send it to them 😉👇🏼

Repost @traciesedit 🔥🔥🔥

✨ 4 TREATMENTS. 20 MINUTES EACH. NO NEEDLES. AND THEN…12 WEEKS LATER. 😍🙌

Her biggest concern? Loss of firmness through her cheeks and lower face, especially around the jowls and marionette lines.

After a series of 4 EMFACE treatments, she experienced a more lifted, supported and refreshed appearance—while still looking completely like herself. 🤍✨

⚡ 4 treatments
⏱️ Just 20 minutes each
💉 No needles
🙌 No downtime
✨ Results that continue to develop over time

EMFACE works by simultaneously targeting the facial muscles and skin, helping improve facial tone and the appearance of firmness and definition—without changing what makes you look like YOU. 💪🏼🤍

Ready to see what EMFACE could do for you?

Competitive?
No, not us!!
Tracie and I were browsing the ‘New in’ section of the M&S website and dreaming of where we would wear our favourite pieces! So we gave ourselves the challenge of choosing an outfit each for 3 different occasions to see whose taste was the most popular!
Huge thanks to the 1st floor fitting room staff at M&S Marble Arch for putting up with our shenanigans and I promise, we didn’t buy all of it!!
Please join in the fun by commenting which is your preferred choice for each occasion, we promise not to take offence!! 😆 #womenover50 #curvygirl #plussizefashion #curvefashion mymarks @marksandspencerstyle @marksandspencer
