Hit the target, move on. Miss the target, go back. 15 distances, 3 wedges, from 50 to 120 and back down.

Today, it took 41 shots to finish. We will look to improve on that number next time.

Wedge distance control isn’t something you can fake on the course, so this is how I make sure mine is sharp before I compete.

Most range sessions are just beating balls. This is what a structured hour of work actually looks like — warm-up, swing check, technical work, and finishing with wedges to targets until the distances are locked in. 1 hour.

Every minute has a purpose.

Pro Insight: Indoor Practice

I love outdoor practice, but indoor practice can be just as valuable.

What I focus on inside:

• More technical work + specific feels
• Slowing things down to isolate certain movements
• Creating structured situations via simulation
• Using numbers for honest feedback (start line / dispersion)
• Ensuring shot patterns are tight and centered

Different environment, same standard.

Huge shoutout to @tngrasslands and the staff at the PIC.

Follow for more.

🌧️🌧️Rainy Days @ The PIC @tngrasslands 🌧️🌧️

27 days out from Americas Q School. Let’s ride.

Good to get some technical work in away from the weather.

🛑 Stop wasting time on the range.

Get more out of your practice by working through situations. Here, my dad and I are creating different situations, working through our approach and communication, and executing the right shot for the situation. Going through full routine, and hitting real shots, rather than just smacking balls on the range allows us to be more prepared and identify strengths and weaknesses more easily. The better we prepare, the more confident we can be on the course.

Shoutout Connor @trackmancollegiategolf and the @trackmangolf app which make creating situational practice easy in the “Performance Center”

We celebrated the ribbon-cutting of our renovated Trackman Swing Lab.
This was a wonderful opportunity to showcase the new space, introduce community, college, and University leaders to our students, and highlight the innovation happening in our program.
Special thanks to Denise Tafoya from the Dean’s Office for planning the event. Take a look at a few photos from the special day. ⛳️
