Tracy + Mikayla = one pretty great team 🤍✨

While Tracy is creating the vision, Mikayla is right there helping every step of the way to keep your appointment running smoothly.

The teamwork behind the chair is what makes the experience feel effortless... and the results even better.

We love this duo. 🫶

There’s something special about getting to learn from the people you work alongside. 🤍

Working with Tracy @hairbytracyash means learning about different hair textures, different styles, and most importantly, how to truly understand the person sitting in your chair.

She brings so much knowledge to the studio, but also so much FUN. There’s never a dull moment. 😂✨

We love having a team that learns from each other, supports each other, and makes every day at Salon Bae a little better.

Trust us on this one... your summer hair will thank you. ☀️

Heat protectant and a little extra care before you swim can make all the difference in keeping your hair healthy, hydrated, and looking its best. ✨💛

Your future hair will be glad you listened.

What keeps stylists at one salon for 6+ years? 🤍

Growth. Not just in business, but in confidence, friendships, opportunities, and life.

Over the last 6 years, My Salon Bae has watched assistants become fully booked stylists, part-timers become full-time, and small businesses grow into thriving careers.

Some have been here since day one. Some started with a single chair. Some took a chance on a vision and never looked back.

And honestly, that’s what makes this place so special ✨ Watching talented people build something they’re proud of while having a community behind them every step of the way.
