Avast! What a fun afternoon aboard the American Pride! I am honored to be a part of the @childrensmaritime cannon battle today. Captain Bubbles, Captain Goodwind @tahoefilmmaker, and Captain Conway made friends with @krakenbarreltavern crew and we had a great time! 🏴‍☠️⛵

We hoisted the sails and yelled pirate insults at the other ship. (Their mother definitely smells of elderberries.) Not everyone dressed as pirates, as you could see, but we all still had a marvelous time.

The American Pride is docked at the Pine Avenue Pier until tomorrow (Sunday, Sept 15). You can take a free deck tour in the morning and still get tickets for the harbor cruise for the afternoon. Just without the pirates and the cannon. But it would still be lovely! Go to their insta for deets.

Until next time, fair winds and following seas!

I'm notoriously bad at getting pictures at Labyrinth Masquerade, but this is some of what I got. Labyrinth is the best time of the year for me. It's my favorite show. It's better than Christmas, my birthday, and without a doubt, Halloween. I love the people I work with, the venue, the theatrics, the big dose of high fantasy, and most of all, all the heart that people put into the show. And a big thank you to @tim_magoun for not only doing my favorite thing with me but keeping me fed the whole time!
