Follow @tngeglobal for the hottest trends in beauty & wellness!

👀👀👀 a 400-meter line, Madonna, and a TikTok livestream that broke records – here are the top trends in beauty & wellness we are chatting about this week:

→ @oliveyoung_us drew a 400-meter line around the block in Pasadena for its first U.S. store opening. 6,000 visitors on day one. If you want to know what the future of beauty retail looks like, that line is your answer.

→ @rhode dropped its first bronzer. No fragrance detours. No haircare pivots. Just a cream formula with peptides and tamanu oil – the same skincare DNA as everything else they’ve built. Expansion without identity drift is harder than it looks.

→ @kikomilano signed Madonna and walked into @macys . 1,450 stores, $1B in sales, and zero U.S. relevance until now. Distribution gets you in the door. Culture determines whether anyone cares.

→ @ultabeauty put TikTok Shop in their earnings report. Mid-teen e-commerce growth. 5M+ impressions on their first shoppable livestream. The debate about whether TikTok Shop “works” is over.

→ “Anti-aging” is being retired. “Longevity” is what’s replacing it – and it’s not just a vocabulary shift. It changes pricing, positioning, and what consumers are willing to spend. 65% of U.S. consumers say they’re more focused on wellness than a year ago.

→ GLP-1 drugs are quietly rewriting beauty’s R&D roadmap – serums for “Ozempic face,” supplements for hair thinning, even fragrances chasing a sensory high people aren’t getting from food anymore. And it’s about to get bigger.

🪩🪩 NEW CLIENT ALERT: @kadeweofficial – Berlin’s most prestigious department store – is reinventing the in-store beauty and wellness experience.

While the industry is obsessing over TikTok Shop and DTC – the most interesting beauty experience being built right now is offline. And it’s happening in a 119-year-old department store in Berlin.

@kadeweofficial opens its new Beauty Studio tomorrow. And it’s a pretty clear statement about where luxury retail is heading.

The space brings together 90+ brands, treatments, skin analysis and a level of curation that usually lives online – including @nichebeautyofficial opening their first ever physical location inside it, bringing their carefully curated edit of hard-to-find brands to life in store for the first time.

But what makes this interesting isn’t the scale.
It’s the concept.

@kadeweofficial took everything it already does better than almost anyone – service, curation, experience – and pointed it directly at beauty and wellness. Personal concierge. Masterclasses. Treatments. A K-Beauty dedicated space. The kind of edit and expertise that makes you stay and come back.

This is what happens when fashion, beauty and wellness stop living in separate rooms.

At @tngeglobal we could not be more excited to be the official digital strategy partner for this launch and to be a part of luxury retail’s tomorrow!

Congrats to the whole KaDeWe team. And if you are in Berlin, join us for the big opening tomorrow ✨🪩
