Day 1 of PT post surgery! Dixie has had a slight tear in her labrum due to extra bone in her hip socket. She’s been battling that for the better part of three months. We finally got it taken care of on Friday and now she’s on the road to recovery!

I’m so proud of her determination to get back better than she was prior to the injury! She’s got a drive and determination that rivals that of the most elite athletes!

I am excited to see how she progresses these next several months.

She will be ready to get back to doing the sports she loves in gymnastics and Jiu Jitsu!

I thought it was appropriate that she wore her @the_rudis All In hoodie as she is going All In on getting better!

If you have ever met Dixie, you know she’s got that fight in her to succeed at everything she does!

You can follow her journey on her IG page @dixie.teubner!
