A little Christmas visit to Colorado! So happy to have the family together! I love these two beautiful humans so much and grateful that I have the privilege to be their mom-wow! Went to Button Rock for a little hike! Aryn and I hiked while Alex dropped a line #flyfishing He caught a beautiful brown! So wonderful being able to all be together, sharing, laughing, eating, being outdoors and the absolute BEST is the hugs!!!! #ilovehugs #familytime #buttonrockpreserve #colorado #getoutside #christmastime #specialtimes #kidsthatarenowadults #mybesthumans #blessed #blessedwiththebest

Oh my gosh friends! You MUST must try floating @buoyantfloatspa ! This experience is for EVERYONE! People say NO Way! I don’t like closed or closed spaces! Well let me tell you this! It is NOT like that! My first float I kept my pod open. My next float I actually closed it. I am 5’5” and with the pod lid closed, I can fully sit upright with the lid closed! It is a super clean facility, (the only one that totally drains and cleans the pod for each float) so relaxing, superior service and assistance and the BEST relaxing experience I have had, even beyond massage! Those that know me know I am wound TIGHT! I am so relaxed when finished. Please do yourself a favor and try it! DM me if you have questions about my floats or call the staff, they were so helpful with ALL of my questions! My opinion only-JuSt SaYin!!!! Hey- give me a like and or share cuz I really want a chance for free floats cuz I LOVE floating! #float #floatspa #buoyantfloatspa #relaxing #selfcare #saltygirl #relaxation #salty #floating #watergirl #stlouis #peace #health #healthandwellness #meditation #holistic #spa #floatingtherapy #floattank #chesterfieldmo #chesterfield #mentalwellness #massage #wellness #stlouismo #stl #superior #buoyant #pods

Head for the Cure today St. Louis. Walking in memory of my sister Sandy who had brain cancer - GBM. Walking for the memory of others who passed from this terrible disease, walking for those who are battling the disease, for those yet to be diagnosed with this disease and lastly to support those of us left behind still asking why this even happened in the first place. Even in the heatwave there was a fantastic turn out and money raised to help find a cure! My daughter Aryn and I volunteered (I was unable to walk this year due to a broken toe, my daughter with the dreaded summer chest cold). My son Alex in Colorado couldn't make it in and ran the 5k there! Thank you to all that contributed and participated! Sandy , your name, mission to find a cure and let others know about GBM, love for family, friends, co-workers and your God and Church will never be forgotten! I love you more.......#headforthecure #alexzotta #arynzotta #teamsandybutler #heatwave #forestpark #blessed #thegathering #findacure
