France has spent decades telling itself a story: that anyone who arrives can become fully French if the state just provides enough housing, benefits, and schooling. The reality on the ground has been different. In too many of these neighborhoods you find high unemployment, drug dealing as a career path, open hostility to the police, and a growing sense that French rules and French culture are optional. Parallel societies don’t stay quiet forever. Eventually something lights the fuse — a police shooting, a protest, even a football match — and the rage comes out.
The crime numbers are not a secret, even if polite society prefers not to dwell on them. Foreigners make up roughly 8% of the population. Yet they account for a much larger share of suspects in violent crime, sexual assaults, burglaries, and thefts. African nationals in particular show up far more often than their numbers would predict. These are official figures from the Interior Ministry, not propaganda. Ignoring them doesn’t make French women safer on the train or French shopkeepers safer in their stores.
Mass immigration from culturally distant places, combined with a stubborn refusal to demand real assimilation, has consequences. Language, work, respect for the law, acceptance that women and gay people have the same rights as everyone else — these are not optional extras. When large groups reject them, social trust frays. Schools become harder to run. Hospitals and welfare systems get strained. Ordinary citizens start to feel like strangers in their own cities.

Capitalism creates what socialism can only promise!
The difference is not in the slogans. It is in the results.

A free economy gives individuals the freedom to take risks, build businesses, challenge established industries, and turn ideas into reality. Competition rewards innovation. Private property gives people a stake in what they create. And the pursuit of profit drives progress that benefits far more than the person who started it.

Socialism puts economic decisions in the hands of planners who cannot possibly possess the knowledge, incentives, or initiative of millions of individuals acting freely. It can promise equality, prosperity, and a better future — but promises cannot replace the entrepreneurial spirit that creates real wealth.

Of course, not every capitalist idea succeeds, and markets are not perfect. The point is that freedom allows people to experiment, compete, fail, and try again. That is how progress happens.

From the products we use to the economies we live in, the lesson is clear: prosperity is created, not distributed into existence!🗽

For Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher, limiting the power of the state was the essential precondition for preserving individual freedom and independence.

As Reagan warned, liberty retreats the moment government overreaches, and as Thatcher made clear, the true purpose of smaller government is to unleash the boundless potential of the individual.

The Liberty Bell has a BIBLE VERSE carved into it… and most people never hear the story behind it.

Look closely at the inscription:

“Proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof.”

That comes directly from Leviticus 25:10.

And the connection gets even deeper.

The verse was chosen in 1751 when Pennsylvania’s Assembly authorized the bell to commemorate the 50th anniversary of William Penn’s Charter of Privileges.

Fifty years.

That number matters because Leviticus 25 describes Jubilee, a time associated with liberty, restoration, the release of debts, and freedom.

Decades later, abolitionists would also use the Liberty Bell and its biblical inscription as a powerful symbol in the fight against slavery.

The verse never left the bell.

But somewhere along the way, many Americans forgot where the words came from.

This is a piece of American history, Christian history, biblical history, and the story of religious liberty that deserves to be remembered.

Faith and the founding of America are a much bigger conversation than the version many of us were taught in school.
